Audi adds 2.0 liter Entry to Audi Euro Q5 and A4 Allroad

Q5 crossover and A4 allroad model lines has added with the pair of Adds 2.0 entry engine. The 2.0-liter diesel four cylinder produced 143 hp, and now Both vehicles are now available with this engine. This common rail injected unit is the same engine offered in many other Volkswagen group models like the Jetta, Golf and standard A4. The all wheel drive diesel powered CUV gets a combined rating of 36.2 mpg (U.S.) on the EU test cycle. The Outback-like A4 allroad gets a 37.9 mpg (U.S.) rating on the cycle. Both vehicles are paired up with 6-speed manual gearboxes.

The Q5 also gets a second, new gasoline-powered option with a 180 hp variant of the 2.0-liter TFSI turbocharged and direct injected four. In the Q5, this gas engine gets a rating of 28 mpg (U.S.) on the combined European cycle. Audi has not announced any plans to offer the A4 allroad in North America and the Q5 is currently only available here with a 3.2-liter gas V6.
